View from the Summit of Black Cap
Please join us for Family Day on Saturday, August 14, 2010. Activities will include:
8:30 am – CMC Hike up Black Cap Mountain – an easy 45 minute hike up Black Cap with fabulous views of the northern white mountains and Presidential range. Meet at the Grove ready to go by 8:30 am, 30 min. drive up Rt. 16 and West Side road to Northern end of North Conway then up the Hurricane Mounatin Road to the parking lot. We’ll be back in time for the cookout.
12:00 pm – CLA Cookout & games in the Wheeler field. Bring your balls, gloves, squirt guns, etc.
2:30 pm – Rock N Roll. Jim Bowditch will lead a driving & walking tour of cellar holes and stone walls from around the local area. Departing from the Wheeler field at 2:30 pm, driving to varous locations, light walking.
